About Precision Component Services Ltd.

Managing Director Shane Norris has over 20 years experience in precision turned components. He started as a Cam Auto setter in the early 80’s at Alphatool Productions and was one of the first in the country to program Tornos Deco Sliding Head CNC. He was promoted to CNC Manager and saw Alphatool grow from one Tornos Deco to nine machines, he was later made Sales and Production Manager. He went on to work for Tornos in applications, leaving to become Operations manager at a large engineering company in Dorset.

Shane and Co-Director Karen MacKenzie started Precision Component Services in June 2008 and the company has seen steady growth, even in this current recession.
