We have the very best in measuring equipment which is regularly calibrated to ISO 9001 standards. Our quality equipment includes:
- Baty Profile Projector with Quadracheck 200
- Trimos 600
- Mitutoyo SJ201 Surface Tester
- Mitutoyo Digital Micrometers and Vernier Calipers
- Thread Ring Gauges
Full Dimensional checks are carried out on all components being produced every hour - unless any special instructions are required by our customers. First Article Inspection Reports and ISIR reports can also be supplied along with quality documentation to PPAP level 3 (Automotive Standard).
We intend to be ISO 9001 by January 2010 and are currently working towards this.
