Our Managing Director has 30 years experience in the manufacture of precision turned components. He started as a cam auto setter in the early 1980s before progressing to CNC sliding head machines and was one of the first in the country to program Tornos Deco machines. He later went on to work for Tornos, leaving to become the Operations Manager of a large engineering company in Dorset.
Precision Components was formed in 2008 and has seen steady growth even in the last recession, thus resulting in a move to new premises in 2011 and doubling of the machine stock.
We have always invested in the best and latest machinery and pride ourselves on producing high quality turned and milled components, whilst retaining a very competitive pricing structure. We are ISO 9001:2015 approved, enabling us to increase our customer base into new markets.
We are also members of the BTMA (British Turned Parts and Machined Component Manufacturers Association).
